In pursuit of our goals to create safe habits, or policies and training encourage team members to extend safety beyond jobsites into their homes and communities. Our comprehensive, and ever evolving, written program is the starting platform of our safety program, while meeting or exceeding al VOSH and OSHA requirements. Our extensive program include, but not limited to drug and alcohol policies, fall protection, personal protective equipment, equipment training, and confined space.

Other key aspects include:
– Site Specific plans: working one on one with clients to create a plan specific to the sit and tasks on hand
– Safety Training: goes beyond basic knowledge focuses on the 3 P’s Plan, Prepare, and Prevent
   – Superintendent 10 Hours OSHA Construction Certified
   – First Aid/ CPR training
– Weekly Interactive Safety Meeting
– Daily Task Specific discussion and analysis
